December 6th-8th, 2009 pt.3

After our little costume party, we proceeded down St. George Street in St. Augustine, Florida.  Established in 1565, it is the oldest port in the US.  You can’t help to wonder what it was like back in those days; we’d probably be panhandling for a quid like Amanda is doing here.

Mr. Officer I swear we’re all under the limit!  What’s that over there?  Quick!  Hit him in the back of the head and run!

Maybe this bumper car would be a safer option to get back home
Yeah, keep smiling you two...I can poke you in the eye with this thing!
Checking out the Castillo de San Marcos, an old Spanish fort built in 1695

Getting ready to head back to Jacksonville
Some guy with a lot of money just decided to build a castle along A1A
Chomping down on some pizza with EgoDriver71 & MrsEgoDriver.  It was so good!
For desert we went to the infamous Krispy Kreme.  It was a hoot!  We told the manager on duty our story and he graciously gave us the grand tour and complete history of Krispy Kreme.  The guy was real slick, but kudos to that guy!  He deserves a raise.  Amanda couldn’t resist the temptation to strut her stuff and score free donuts.  In the words of MrsEgodriver: “(Amanda) Workin that Krispy Kreme guy like no one’s business!”

Success!  I wish…like I said he was real slick and there’s no way he would rip off the company.  Amanda managed to score a free unglazed donut because we were all curious of how it would taste without the sweet sweet goo

Need sugar in belly.
Showing off a little leg.
Free unglazed donut.
